Human Resources Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Run recruitment across different roles, including BD, operations, and installation.
• Manage the hiring process end-to-end, from posting roles through to offers.
• Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee admin.
• Manage contracts and support compliance with UK employment regulations.
• Work with payroll providers and external HR partners.
• Help set up HR processes, policies, and internal documentation.
• Act as a go-to person for day-to-day HR questions.

What we are looking for

• 3 years of experience，Mandarin is preferred
• Strong recruitment experience
• Good understanding of UK HR basics and compliance
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team
• Able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Practical and solution-oriented

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup or early-stage business
• Experience building processes from scratch
