In this role, you will support partners on complex, multi‑jurisdictional transactions, take the lead on drafting and negotiations, and manage discrete workstreams with increasing autonomy. You will also contribute to client relationship management and business development initiatives.
The candidate
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience advising on upstream oil and gas transactions, with strong expertise in drafting and negotiating key agreements, including production sharing contracts, concession agreements, JOAs, farm-in/farm-out agreements, unitisation arrangements and transportation or sales agreements.
The role is suited to lawyers with 4–7 years’ PQE, although more senior candidates will also be considered. Applications are welcomed from individuals in both private practice and in-house environments.
