Relationship Manager – Client Service (Consultant Relations)
£480.77 per day PAYE + 33 days holiday pay | 12 months contract with possible extension | based in London (4 days onsite 1 day work from home)
A leading global investment management firm, one of the world’s largest asset managers with a strong presence across institutional markets and consultant relations is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager – Client Service to join its EMEA Consultant Relations team based in London
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with investment consultants and internal partners
- Analyse consultant needs and align solutions with commercial objectives
- Collaborate across internal teams to deliver high-quality client service
- Support business development initiatives within institutional markets
- Manage multiple priorities effectively with strong organizational and project management skills
- Act as a proactive team player, contributing to the broader success of the firm
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5+ years’ industry experience.
- UK & European DB/DC pensions markets.
- Strong understanding of institutional investment markets.
- Proven ability to network and build lasting professional relationships.
- Highly collaborative with a firm-first mindset
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Self-starter with strong commercial awareness
- Wealth Management and Digital Banking
- Broader investment industry landscape
Qualifications
- Investment Management Certificate (IMC) preferred
- Progression towards CFA or CAIA desirable
- Strong knowledge across multiple asset classes
