Residential Property Senior Associate

Salary: Circa £70,000 – £100,000 DOE
The Opportunity
Capio Recruitment are working with a well-established London law firm to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its growing Conveyancing team.
This is a key strategic hire following the planned departure of a long-standing partner. The firm is looking for a qualified Residential Property Solicitor at Senior Associate level who is confident managing a high-quality caseload while contributing to the wider development and continuity of the team.
The practice operates a low-volume, high-quality service model, with a strong reputation for client care and long-standing relationships. A following is not required, as there is an established flow of work already in place, although individuals who enjoy networking and contributing to firm growth will be welcomed.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of residential property matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- High-value residential transactions
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
- Lease extensions
- Matters involving HNW clients and repeat referral relationships
You will also play an important role in supporting and mentoring trainees and junior team members within a collaborative office-based environment.
About You
The firm is interested in speaking with:
- Qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives
- Ideally 6+ years PQE, although experienced individuals outside this range will still be considered
- Strong technical residential conveyancing experience
- Comfortable managing files independently from instruction through to completion
- Individuals who enjoy working closely with colleagues and supporting junior staff
- Commercially minded professionals who want to contribute to a growing team

Hybrid working is available, although the successful candidate is expected to spend approximately 3 days per week in the office due to the collaborative nature of the team.
