Location: Soho, London (hybrid)
Salary: Up to £50,000, dependent on experience

About the role
We're hiring an Assistant Project Manager/ Project Manager for a design-led consultancy delivering retail, hospitality, and commercial interiors.
You'll support the full project lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through to construction and handover, coordinating teams, tracking budgets, and helping to make sure every project runs smoothly.

What you'll do
- Support project delivery across multiple workstreams, taking ownership of schedules, budgets, and reports
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Assist with compliance across Building Control, planning, and CDM
- Attend site visits, contribute to meetings, and help issue clear progress updates
- Support tendering, procurement, and value engineering
- Build strong client relationships and represent the studio with confidence
What you'll bring
- 3 to 5 years' experience in project coordination or delivery, ideally within retail, hospitality, or interiors
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
- Confidence managing budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Knowledge of Building Control and compliance standards
- A proactive, structured approach with an eye for detail
