Procurement & Contract Manager – Offshore Wind | Hybrid Working
We’re supporting a major offshore wind development project and are looking for an experienced Procurement & Contract Manager to play a key role in driving the project through to Final Investment Decision (FID).
Working closely with the Senior Procurement Manager, you’ll lead the procurement and commercial strategy for the Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) Service & Maintenance Agreement (SMA), managing critical supplier relationships and high-value contract negotiations within a fast-paced renewable energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end procurement and contract management activities for the SMA package
• Drive commercial negotiations with WTG OEMs, suppliers, and preferred bidders
• Coordinate cross-functional tender evaluations across technical, legal, HSE, and commercial teams
• Support the development and negotiation of TSA and associated commercial agreements
• Prepare supplier down-selection, governance papers, and contract award recommendations
• Manage post-award Early Works Agreements and supplier deliverables
• Ensure procurement activities are delivered in line with project milestones, governance, and delivery timelines
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong procurement and contract management experience within offshore wind, renewables, or major infrastructure projects
• Proven experience negotiating Service & Maintenance Agreements (SMA) with WTG OEMs or developers
• Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation capability
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience managing complex procurement processes from tender through to contract award
• Solid understanding of commercial risk management and tender evaluation processes
• Ability to work effectively under pressure within a dynamic project environment
