This is a broad, advisory-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants exposure across legal risk, regulatory, and commercial issues. The role?

You’ll work closely with senior leadership (including the Head of Legal Risk and COLP) on day-to-day legal risk matters impacting the firm globally.

  • Advising on SRA Code, ethics, and professional standards
  • Supporting on day-to-day risk queries from across the firm
  • Drafting and reviewing client terms, supplier contracts, and engagement letters
  • Monitoring regulatory developments and implementing changes
  • Developing and maintaining policies, processes, and systems
  • Supporting compliance across areas like AML, sanctions, data protection, ABC
  • Assisting with registers, reporting, and ongoing compliance monitoring

About you?

What's in it for you?
