Senior Shopper Insights Manager

London | Hybrid | FMCG

ENI is working with a leading international FMCG business looking to hire a Senior Shopper Insights Manager into their high-performing insights team.

This is a commercially focused insights role, sitting at the heart of category, shopper and business decision-making. The position will suit someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear commercial stories that influence senior stakeholders and drive growth.

The Role

• Deliver actionable shopper and category insights to support commercial strategy and decision making

• Translate complex quantitative and qualitative data into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives

• Partner closely with sales, marketing, category and leadership teams across the business

• Identify growth opportunities, market trends and areas for commercial optimisation

• Use a range of data sources including retailer, shopper and market data to influence recommendations

• Present insights confidently to senior stakeholders and help shape strategic direction

About You

• Strong experience within shopper, category or commercial insights in FMCG, retail or consumer goods

• Confident using shopper, market and category data to create business recommendations

• Strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to simplify complex data into commercially actionable insight

• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

• Experience influencing senior stakeholders
