We’re partnering with a high-growth fintech delivering financial market data and technology solutions, for a standout Head of QA / Head of Testing to lead the next evolution of quality engineering.

What You’ll Own

• Leading and mentoring a QA function made up of 9 QA Engineers
• Driving automation direction, QA architecture, and tooling decisions
• Leading functional, non-functional, manual, and automation testing initiatives
• Embedding AI into QA processes to improve; testing efficiency, coverage and automation
• Supporting the wider business in accelerating AI adoption across engineering and QA

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Head of QA / Head of Testing
• Strong background in financial markets technology or capital markets fintech
• Experience working within ISVs or fintech product environments
• Deep expertise in automation testing strategy and delivery
• Demonstrated leadership managing sizable QA teams
