The Role
Lead on a broad range of corporate matters including M&A, private equity, and joint venturesAdvise on shareholder agreements, restructures, and investmentsManage your own caseload with autonomy while supporting on complex transactionsPlay a key role in client relationship development and business growth
About You
6+ years' PQE in corporate lawStrong experience in M&A and transactional workCommercially astute with excellent client management skillsConfident running matters independently
