Key Responsibilities:

- Independent management of a varied caseload that includes sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, newbuilds and transfers of equity
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Maintaining excellent client accessibility and communication
- Ensuring good financial management of files

Candidate Profile

- nt
- At least 2 or 3 years of proven experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical skills across all aspects of residential property transactions
- Committed to client care and high professional standard
- Experience working with quality standards, such as Lexcel and CQS, is desirable
