Temporis Legal Recruitment are working with a highly regarded Yorkshire based firm who are looking for a new addition to their residential conveyancing department.

Key Responsibilities:

Independent management of a varied caseload that includes sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, newbuilds and transfers of equity

Able to work with minimal supervision

Maintaining excellent client accessibility and communication

Ensuring good financial management of files

Candidate Profile

At least 2 or 3 years of proven experience in residential conveyancing

Strong technical skills across all aspects of residential property transactions

Committed to client care and high professional standard

Experience working with quality standards, such as Lexcel and CQS, is desirable
