A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Hampshire is seeking a Construction Solicitor to join its respected and expanding team. The RolenYou will advise a wide range of clients including developers, contractors, consultants, and public sector bodies across both contentious and/or non-contentious construction work depending on your experience. Responsibilities include:

- Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, appointments, warranties, and associated documentation
- Advising on JCT, NEC and other industry-standard forms
- Managing construction disputes including adjudication, arbitration, and litigation
- Providing strategic advice on risk management, contract performance, and project issues
- Supporting senior colleagues on larger construction projects
- Contributing to business development and maintaining long-term client relationships

About You

- Qualified Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE or above considered) with experience in construction law
- Experience in non-contentious, contentious, or mixed construction matters
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent drafting skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ambitious, commercially aware, and committed to professional development
