Recruitment Resourcer

We’re partnering with a growing and ambitious recruitment business looking to bring in a Recruitment Resourcer to support their high-performing team.

This opportunity is suited to someone early in their recruitment career who is keen to develop within a specialist, quality-driven environment.

The Role

As a Resourcer, you’ll be instrumental in supporting the delivery of high-quality hires by:

• Sourcing and identifying top-tier candidates within specialist markets
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines
• Conducting detailed candidate qualification calls
• Supporting consultants with live vacancies and client requirements
• Managing candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is early in their recruitment career with hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and qualification
• Ideally has exposure to data-related or professional markets
• Comes from a permanent recruitment background
• Has strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Is confident engaging with candidates and assessing suitability
• Holds a degree
• Is ambitious, coachable, and eager to build a long-term career in recruitment
