Indesure Recruitment are working on behalf of a highly respected and rapidly growing claims organisation to recruit an experienced Senior Loss Adjuster within their Major & Complex Loss team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Loss Adjuster or Major Loss professional looking to handle a varied portfolio of high-value and technically challenging claims across the South East and Home Counties region.
The role offers genuine autonomy, exposure to prestigious clients and brokers, and the opportunity to work within a highly regarded Major & Complex Loss division.
The Opportunity
You will manage a portfolio of High Net Worth, Major Loss, and complex domestic and commercial property claims, including:
- Major & Complex Property Losses
- High Net Worth Claims
- Subsidence
- Escape of Oil
- Domestic & Commercial Property Claims
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience within Loss Adjusting, ideally within Major & Complex Loss or High Net Worth claims
- Experience handling domestic and/or commercial property losses
- Exposure to high-value or technically complex claims
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Calm and professional approach under pressure
- ACILA / FCILA qualified or working towards professional qualifications preferred
- Full UK driving licence
