Private Client Solicitor | Leading Full Service Firm | North West London (Hybrid)nA highly regarded full service firm in North West London is looking to welcome a talented Private Client Solicitor into its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established practice with a strong reputation and a loyal high net worth client base, while playing a key role in the continued expansion of the department.nThe firm offers a supportive and collaborative environment, making it an ideal move for a solicitor who is ready to take the next step in their career and gain greater responsibility alongside genuine long term progression.nnThe RolenYou will join a close knit Private Client team and work closely with experienced colleagues on a broad range of matters. The role offers exposure to high quality work and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the development of the department.nYour work will include drafting wills, including more complex estate planning matters, advising on and preparing lasting powers of attorney, and assisting with trust creation and administration. You will also handle probate and estate administration, including taxable estates, and support asset protection and succession planning for business owners and high net worth individuals.nAlongside your technical work, you will be encouraged to get involved in business development activities, build client relationships, and contribute to the growth strategy of the team. There is also scope to support and mentor more junior team members as the department expands.nnThe CandidatenThis role is suited to a solicitor with circa 3 years’ PQE in private client work who is looking to deepen their expertise and take on more responsibility.nYou will have strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts, and LPAs, along with excellent drafting skills and attention to detail. A confident and professional client manner is essential, as is the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and referrers.nYou should be proactive, commercially aware, and keen to contribute to a growing team.
