• Leading and managing the Family Law department

• Handling a varied caseload of private family matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and children work

• Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team

• Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the department and wider firm

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Family Solicitor with substantial experience in private family law

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is desirable

• Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills

• Ambitious, commercially aware, and motivated to grow a department
