The role

As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you’ll play a key part in developing and optimising pricing strategies for travel insurance products, using customer, market and competitor insight to inform performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Support pricing strategy and model development for travel products
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends and opportunities using GLM techniques
  • Build, test and refine pricing approaches using Emblem and Radar (Live)
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support positioning and improvement
  • Deliver clear reporting on pricing performance, trends and recommendations
  • Partner with underwriting, marketing and product teams to align pricing with objectives
  • Support forecasting using historical data and forward-looking analysis
  • Ensure pricing approach meets relevant regulatory and industry standards

What you’ll bring

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics (or similar)
  • Strong analytical capability; confident with Excel and data tools (e.g. SQL, R/Python )
  • Strong working knowledge of GLMs and pricing tools, especially Emblem and/or Radar Live
  • Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex analysis clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

Desirable

  • Pricing/analytics experience in insurance (travel ideally)
  • Understanding of travel insurance market dynamics and pricing strategy

Experience: At least 1-2 yrs+ relevant experience required

Salary: up to £60,000 (d.o.e) + Bonus + Benefits
