Site Manager – S/E London – To £60k + package

The position will see you joining a landmark mixed-use residential development in South East London, delivering c600 new homes alongside retail, leisure, restaurant, café and community space.
Reporting into the Project Manager, the successful candidate will initially take responsibility for key external and enabling works packages including groundworks, piling, hard landscaping and soft landscaping. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified and have a strong track record managing subcontract packages on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
Demolition works are currently underway, with piling due to commence in September and the marketing suite scheduled for July. The project will consist of RC frame construction with a brickwork façade package delivered across multiple phases.
Package includes up to £60,000 basic salary, £5,000 travel allowance, bonus, private healthcare and pension.
