We’re looking for an editor who thinks like a filmmaker.
If you have a strong sense of story, a cinematic eye, and the confidence to bring ideas into the edit (not just follow a brief), you’ll fit right in.
What We Do
We create campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands; across sport, culture, tech, travel, and more.
You’ll be cutting across everything from fast-paced social to cinematic, long-form work.
One week it’s F1 social, the next it’s something completely different!

We’ve got large-scale studios in West London (rdstudios.uk) and, with the recent acquisition of VMI, access to even more industry-leading camera equipment and kit.
On-site in Holborn (full-time or part-time).
What You Bring
- Strong editing skills; Adobe Premiere Pro (expert)
- Story, pace, and instinct
- Ideas, not just execution
- Ability to move between styles
- AE / Resolve a plus
- Confident using AI
- Fast, collaborative, proactive
