This is an opportunity to join a high-growth London-based advisory firm combining analytical rigour with real transaction exposure.

The Role – Consultant / Manager (London)

The team is hiring at both Consultant (2–4 years’ experience) and Manager (4–7 years’ experience) levels to support a growing deal pipeline. You will work on live private equity transactions, delivering end-to-end commercial due diligence projects for UK and European clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial due diligence workstreams
  • Conduct UK and international market analysis
  • Perform competitor benchmarking and growth assessments
  • Lead expert interviews and customer calls
  • Develop commercial models and scenario analysis
  • Synthesize findings into investor-ready presentations
  • Present directly to Private Equity clients
  • (Manager level) Own day-to-day project delivery and manage junior team members

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates currently based in London or open to relocating to London with experience in:

  • Strategy Consulting (MBB, Tier-2, or boutique firms)
  • Commercial Due Diligence
  • Transaction Advisory
  • Corporate Strategy
  • Private Equity Portfolio or Investment Teams

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability
  • Experience managing workstreams or leading small teams
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced transaction environments
  • Intellectual curiosity across multiple industries

Prior commercial due diligence experience is essential.
