Architectural Technician/Technical Architect. W. London. Up to £60k
Opportunity for technically focused candidate to join an incredibly busy, West London multidisciplinary practice with a focus on ‘social’ architecture.
My client is a practice I’ve worked closely with for over 18 years who offer professional growth and have incredible long-term staff retention which reflects their commitment to their team.
Working across a range of sectors focusing on social architecture this particular role will be working within their growing healthcare team and is suited to either an architectural technician/technologist or technically focused architect.
You will have at least 5-6 years of experience working on UK projects, capable of producing detailed construction information packages, including 1:5 and 1:10 details and lead on technical packages across later RIBA stages (Stages 4–6). Typical projects range from £10-£20m in size and although no previous healthcare experience is necessary an interest in the sector would be beneficial. A strong working knowledge of Revit is essential
Based in West London my client offers 1 day per week WFH, highly competitive salary and friendly and relaxed work environment.
