The Opportunity

• This will suit someone who is strong at delivery, but wants to deliver high quality schemes, designed in house
• Ambition is rewarded, micro-management is discouraged.

The Requirements

• Strong RIBA Stage 4 and 5 experience
• Confident using Revit
• Some experience on a Gateway 2 submission is not essential but would be an advantage

Salary of £50-60k depending on experience.
