You will report into senior managers and work closely with experienced partners known for their strong technical pedigree in property tax and capital allowances.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation and delivery of capital allowances claims across a variety of property types
- Analysing construction cost data, project documentation, and financial information
- Drafting clear, well‑structured technical reports for submission to HMRC
- Supporting client interactions and attending meetings as required
- Collaborating with senior team members on complex advisory projects
- Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and HMRC guidance
About You
- Strong experience in capital allowances or a closely related field
- Background in consultancy or professional services
- Degree in a relevant discipline such as surveying, tax, accountancy, engineering, law, or property
- Working towards or recently qualified with RICS and/or a tax or accounting qualification (ACA, ATT, CTA)
- Exposure to commercial property, construction, or development projects
- Strong analytical skills with excellent written communication
- Detail-focused, organised, and able to manage multiple workstreams
