We’re growing rapidly and are hiring a Delivery Consultant (180 Recruiter) to join our London Bridge team. You’ll work directly with Directors and senior leadership on high-value executive assignments across the US market – with no cold business development or unrealistic sales KPIs.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys headhunting, market mapping, and candidate strategy, and wants genuine progression into leadership.

The Role
You’ll play a key role in delivering senior and leadership-level searches across the US construction market.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading targeted headhunting campaigns for senior and executive hires
- Building talent pipelines and market maps across top US contractors and developers
- Conducting detailed screening, qualification, and candidate assessment
- Using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and proactive sourcing techniques to identify top talent
- Managing candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
- Partnering closely with Directors on retained, exclusive, and confidential mandates
- Supporting process improvements and helping shape best practice as the business scales
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the delivery side of recruitment and wants to become an expert in executive search.
You’ll Ideally Have:
- 3–5+ years’ recruitment experience within construction, engineering, tech, property, or another specialist market
- A proven track record sourcing senior, niche, or hard-to-fill roles
- Strong headhunting and candidate engagement skills
- A consultative, professional communication style
- High levels of organisation, ambition, and commercial awareness
- A long-term interest in leadership and management progression
