Engagement Manager – Healthcare Consulting

A leading strategy consultancy is hiring an Engagement Manager to join its Healthcare Private Equity team in London.

This is a hands-on role leading end-to-end due diligence projects for PE clients, while also giving you real exposure to clients, deal activity and business development. If you enjoy ownership, fast-paced work and healthcare deal flow, this is a strong platform to step into.

What you’ll do:

• Lead healthcare PE due diligence projects (buy-side & sell-side) end-to-end
• Manage and develop small case teams (2–3 consultants)
• Work across medtech, life sciences and healthcare services
• Contribute to client relationships and BD activity
• Collaborate across a pan-European healthcare network

What we’re looking for:

• Private equity due diligence experience
• Strong project leadership and team management
• Healthcare sector exposure
• Likely background: Strategy consulting or specialist healthcare DD firms
