What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of the Operational Physical Security Team, you’ll:

• Lead security assurance across a portfolio of government sites
• Act as the trusted advisor on physical security, supporting incident management and investigations
• Conduct security audits, health checks, and risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and solutions
• Drive compliance with HMG security standards across stakeholders and supply chains
• Design and deliver supplier audits, tabletop exercises, and assurance programmes
• Build strong partnerships across client departments, suppliers, and internal teams
• Support the development and implementation of security policy and processes

You’ll be the bridge between strategy and delivery, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to physical security.
