Programme Manager – Finance Transformation | ISS UK&I
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
ISS UK&I are seeking a highly experienced Programme Manager to play a key role in delivering a major Finance Transformation Programme across a complex, multi-country environment.
This is a senior-level programme delivery role, sitting at the heart of a significant change agenda including a major finance systems migration, operating model redesign, and offshoring strategy. You will be responsible for driving structure, control, and successful delivery across a wide range of interconnected workstreams.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale finance transformation programme
- Oversee finance systems migration and upgrade activity across UK&I and wider business units
- Support and coordinate offshoring and shared services transition initiatives
- Establish and maintain strong programme governance, reporting cycles, RAID management and steering forums
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, Operations and external partners
- Track and drive benefits realisation, ensuring measurable business value is delivered
- Manage cross-functional delivery across multiple workstreams and dependencies
About you:
- Strong background in programme delivery within finance transformation environments
- Experience supporting or delivering finance systems implementations or ERP migrations
- Exposure to offshoring, shared services or operating model change
- Confident managing senior stakeholders and complex governance structures
- Strong understanding of programme frameworks (MSP, PRINCE2, Agile)
- Able to bring structure, control and clarity to complex transformation environments
