We are looking for an experienced Project Consultant to support a broad portfolio of strategic change initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities will include:
▪ Supporting complex transformation and integration programmes
▪ Managing multiple project workstreams simultaneously
▪ Building and improving project governance and delivery frameworks
▪ Stakeholder management across operational, finance, and leadership teams
▪ Producing project reporting, MI, and data-led insights
▪ Identifying operational efficiencies, risks, and process improvements
▪ Supporting business change and embedding new ways of working
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
✔ Strong project/change management experience within financial services
✔ Experience working within matrix environments
✔ Exposure to business integration, transformation, or restructuring programmes
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
