Role: Stock and Supply Chain Analyst
Location: London
Type: Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days WFH
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
We’re working with a well-established British men’s grooming brand – a name with genuine heritage in the barbershop world, growing fast across DTC, wholesale and retail. They’re looking for a Stock & Supply Chain Analyst to join a close-knit team and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly as the business scales.
Sitting within the finance team, this is a broad, hands-on role with real visibility across operations, sales and NPD – ideal for someone early in their supply chain or planning career who wants more than a narrow remit.
Stock Management
- Monitor stock across multiple locations and markets
- Support channel allocation and availability
- Flag overstock, low stock and supply risks
- Assist with stock takes and inventory accuracy
Forecasting
- Maintain rolling forecasts by SKU and channel
- Work with sales and marketing on promotions planning
- Analyse sales data to identify trends
- Support budgeting with stock inputs
Logistics & Supply chain
- Coordinate with warehouses, 3PLs and freight partners
- Track inbound and outbound shipments
- Resolve delivery and stock issues
- Help manage logistics costs and efficiency
NPD & Reporting
- Support new product launches from a stock perspective
- Maintain weekly stock and sales reports
- Track availability metrics and surface risks clearly
- Work cross-functionally on process improvement
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years in supply chain, logistics, merchandising or stock planning
- Comfortable working with data (Excel is essential)
- Organised, detail-oriented and proactive
- Clear and confident communicator who can work across different teams
- Interest in retail, beauty or consumer goods is a plus
