What You Will Do

  • Drive Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
  • Identify and develop new revenue streams, expanding the client base.
  • Forge strategic partnerships to enhance market reach and increase sales channels.
  • Enhance client value by expanding product offerings and securing long-term contracts.
  • Utilize market insights and trends to inform business strategy and product innovation.
  • Ensure Financial Performance & Profitability
  • Take full ownership of P&L, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.
  • Implement cost control measures, pricing strategies, and supply chain efficiencies.
  • Identify and reduce inefficiencies in procurement, production, and distribution.
  • Develop data-driven financial strategies to forecast risks and ensure long-term stability.
  • Expand Product Lines & Strengthen Supply Chain
  • Lead product expansion initiatives, entering new categories and partnerships.
  • Oversee and optimize supply chain operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and reliability.
  • Develop in-house manufacturing capabilities to support scalable production.
  • Drive innovation in product formulation, packaging, and manufacturing processes.
  • Manage Client Relationships & Retention
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high-value service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Ensure an exceptional client experience to drive retention and contract renewals.
  • Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team
  • Build and scale a strong leadership team across key functions, including operations, sales, finance, and product development.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and commercial excellence.
  • Develop leadership talent within the team to support long-term business growth.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience as a CEO, Managing Director, or senior executive in food, beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing.
  • Track record of scaling early-stage businesses and navigating complex growth challenges.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management and driving revenue growth.
  • Expertise in supply chain management, manufacturing, or operational scaling in the food and beverage industry.
  • Exceptional business development and relationship management skills, with the ability to drive sales and secure key partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to make strategic, high-impact decisions.
