Club Manager — Private Members Club | London (Mayfair)
Mapped Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an exciting and highly anticipated new luxury longevity and wellness facility launching in the heart of Mayfair. This is a rare opportunity to join a world-class operation at the ground floor and shape the member experience from day one.
The Role
As Club Manager, you will be the driving force behind the day-to-day running of a premium Private Members Club — leading a team of 20–25 staff, setting service standards, and working closely with the COO to execute the club's commercial and operational strategy.
This is a senior leadership role requiring someone equally comfortable building relationships with members, managing operations, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team across all non-medical departments
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with board objectives
- Build and retain a loyal membership base through exceptional service and engagement
- Oversee financial performance, KPIs, and P&L reporting alongside the CFO
- Drive revenue through upselling, partnerships, events, and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with medical and wellness teams to deliver a seamless member journey
- Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance across club operations
- Champion a culture of respect, inclusion, and excellence
Key Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a Private Members Club, luxury hospitality, or premium fitness/wellness environment is essential
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Excellent communicator with a natural ability to build rapport at all levels
- Experience in a medical or wellbeing setting is highly desirable
- A can-do attitude and genuine passion for delivering world-class service
