Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with senior executives, partners, and leadership teams to deliver strategic and operational initiatives.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, ensuring clear governance, stakeholder alignment, and timely execution.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, board papers, briefing documents, and reports for senior audiences.
- Conduct detailed business analysis using financial information, data insights, and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, proactively managing risks, timelines, and dependencies.
- Drive operational improvements, governance processes, and best practice ways of working across the function.
- Support leadership teams with meeting preparation, strategic planning activities, and executive-level communications.
- Contribute to budgeting, cost tracking, and performance reporting across strategic initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
Candidate Profile
Our client is looking for candidates with experience gained within strategy consulting, transformation, corporate strategy, Chief of Staff, or high-performing operational environments. Individuals coming from firms such as Boston Consulting Group, PwC, Deloitte, EY, or similar environments would be particularly well suited.
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Experience working directly with very senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, partners, or board-level leadership.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior audiences confidently.
- A strong consulting-style approach with excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Experience operating successfully within fast-paced, high-pressure environments where priorities can shift quickly.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and delivery.
- Strong project and programme management skills across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities, including experience producing polished executive-level materials.
- Commercial awareness and experience using data and insights to support business recommendations.
- Strong judgement, professionalism, and the ability to manage sensitive or confidential information effectively.
- Experience working within large, complex, and ideally international organisations.
