We are working with a top-tier US law firm seeking to hire a Private Equity Associate (2–4 PQE) to join its high-performing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, cross-border private equity transactions, advising leading sponsors, corporates, and financial institutions within a fast-paced, premium deal environment.

You will work closely with market-leading partners on complex acquisitions, investments, and transactional matters, with strong responsibility and client exposure from an early stage.
