X4 Technology are partnered with a global energy organisation undergoing a major AI-led transformation across supply chain operations. They’re offering the opportunity for an experienced contract Change Lead to shape and deliver a large-scale enterprise programme focused on AI agents, automation and end-to-end operational transformation.
This is a high-impact role taking a proven AI PoC into industrial-scale global deployment over the next 1-2 years. The focus is embedding AI agents into core supply chain processes, removing manual steps and driving enterprise-wide behavioural and operational change.
Working directly with programme leadership, you will define and lead the change strategy from day one – owning stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption and organisational readiness across multiple business functions and regions.
This role requires a seasoned change professional with credible experience delivering structured transformation in complex global environments, specifically across AI and large-scale digital operating model change.
Responsibilities for the Contract Change Lead (AI Deployment)
- Own and deliver the end-to-end change strategy for the global AI supply chain programme
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption across all levels
- Build enterprise-wide buy-in for AI-enabled process and operating model change
- Manage resistance and drive behavioural change across operational and central teams
- Establish change governance, engagement models and change networks from the ground up
- Partner with programme leadership and delivery teams to ensure successful rollout and sustained adoption
Requirements of the Contract Change Lead (AI Deployment)
- Extensive experience leading enterprise change in large-scale, complex organisations
- Strong track record delivering transformation across AI, bot deployments and automation
- Proven ability to design and implement change strategy from scratch
- Credible operator with senior stakeholders, able to drive adoption
- Strong grounding in structured change methodologies
- Experience in supply chain, operations or asset-intensive environments highly advantageous
