The Role:
The firm’s London office is seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join its growing team. This position involves working on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters, advising an impressive client base that spans global corporations, mid-market businesses, and start ups. The work includes employment tribunal litigation, senior executive issues, restructuring projects, and day-to-day advisory support. There will also be opportunities to contribute to business development and client training initiatives.
What They’re Looking For:
• 2 or more years’ post-qualification experience (will look at 1.5) in employment law
• Proven ability to handle contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent drafting skills
• Ability to manage matters with a high degree of independence
• Excellent client service skills and a commercially minded approach
• Desire to contribute to team growth and develop client relationships
