About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established and growing law firm based in London. This role is ideal for a Newly Qualified Solicitor up to 5 Years PQE who is looking to further develop their career within a busy and supportive property team.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters and provide a high standard of client service within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold transactions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and third parties
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
• Ensuring all transactions comply with current regulations and internal procedures
• Providing clear and professional legal advice to clients throughout the process

Requirements

• UK Qualified Solicitor
• Previous residential conveyancing experience is essential
• Ability to independently manage a busy caseload
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
