Development Project Manager | Remote (UK) with occasional site travel as required
Mason Harding are proud to be supporting an emerging and well-funded UK biotech in hiring a Development Project Manager to support the progression of innovative immunotherapy programmes into early clinical development.
Following significant recent investment and continued pipeline growth, this is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative biotech environment at a key stage of clinical advancement, reporting into the VP Clinical Development.
What you can expect in the role;
- Manage integrated development programme plans across clinical, CMC, regulatory, and nonclinical activities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external CRO/vendor partnerships
- Track timelines, risks, deliverables, and programme milestones
- Support regulatory documentation and submission activities
- Contribute to quality systems, SOP coordination, and audit readiness
Relevant skills you’ll bring to the table to succeed;
- Experience within biotech, pharma, or CRO environments
- Strong project/programme/clinical trial management experience within drug development
- Exposure to Phase I / early clinical studies is essential
- Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative biotech setting
