Senior Project Manager – Major Commercial Cut & Carve Project

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile commercial cut & carve project – opportunity to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor!

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of a major commercial scheme from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll be responsible for driving programme from delivery through to handover ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of a large-scale cut & carve commercial project
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
• Oversee programme, and project planning
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety standards
• Maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering major commercial construction projects (£100m+ preferred)
• Strong background in cut & carve / structural refurbishment schemes
• Experience working for a Tier 1 or leading main contractor
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant construction qualifications (degree/HNC or equivalent)
