A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established Real Estate team in the Thames Valley Area.
The team advises a broad range of clients including high-net-worth individuals, landed estates, investors, developers, retailers and corporate occupiers across a variety of commercial property matters.
The successful candidate will work on:
• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Investment and development transactions
• Asset management work
• Real estate finance support
• Portfolio management
Candidates from 3+ PQE will be considered, with the role offering exposure to high-quality work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Requirements:
• England & Wales qualified solicitor
• Experience in commercial property/real estate matters gained at a recognised law firm
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
• A commercial and proactive approach
