HAIL Partners is working with a global Private Equity firm who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to build their career within a fast-paced investment environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary responsibility for coordinating and booking travel for investment team members
  • Provide support to the wider EA team
  • Assist with general administrative tasks supporting day-to-day operations
  • Provide holiday and absence cover for other Executive Assistants
  • Offer occasional reception support as required (there is currently a Receptionist so will only be covered if needed)
  • Work closely with other UK team assistants, where collaboration, flexibility, and a team-first mindset is essential to success in the role.


Requirements:-

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to support across multiple areas
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Keen interest in Private Equity or the investment industry
