Hunter Dunning is working with a national multi-disciplinary consultancy on an Associate Director Building Surveyor role in Birmingham. This leadership role covers commercial & Residential projects, team growth, and Surveying & Project Management delivery.

Your Experience

• MRICS qualified with commercial Building Surveying consultancy experience
• Experience in dilapidations, Technical Due Diligence, contract administration and project delivery
• Project Manager or Employer’s Agent experience on complex commercial & residential schemes
• Strong working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
