Family Lawyer – 5+ Years’ PQE – Wiltshire – £50,000-£75,000 DoE

Venn Group is recruiting a Family Lawyer (5+ years’ PQE) on behalf of a respected Wiltshire law firm experiencing continued growth within its Family department. This position offers the chance to join a firm known for its quality of work, supportive culture and clear route for progression.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing your own caseload of privately funded family law matters including divorce, financial settlements and children matters
  • Handling complex cases involving financial remedy, cohabitation disputes and children arrangements
  • Supervising junior team members where appropriate
  • Supporting the development and growth of the department

Requirements

  • Demonstrated background handling a broad range of privately funded family matters, with the ability to manage a demanding caseload autonomously
  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with strong technical understanding of family law, court procedures and case strategy
  • Confident communicator with excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills
  • Additional experience in supervision, mediation, collaborative law, or Resolution accreditation would be beneficial but is not essential
