An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product professional to join a fast-paced, innovation-led consumer brand with a market-leading portfolio.
We’re looking for a commercially minded and hands-on Product Leader to drive category growth, shape product strategy, and lead innovation across a tangible consumer product portfolio. This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with execution and isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and get involved day-to-day.
Leading a small team of two direct reports, you’ll work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Technical, NPD and Commercial teams to deliver insight-led product launches, manage the product roadmap, and ensure successful market execution across multiple channels.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading and developing a small Product team
• Owning and delivering the product strategy and innovation roadmap
• Driving NPD projects from concept through to launch
• Conducting competitor analysis, market mapping and consumer insight reviews
• Working closely with commercial teams on category performance and product opportunities
• Supporting product launches, trade marketing activity and sales enablement
• Managing product lifecycle processes and product performance reporting
• Acting as the go-to product expert across the business
What we’re looking for:
• Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, B2B or other tangible product-led industries
• Strong product management and NPD experience
• Experience managing product portfolios and category strategy
• Commercially aware with strong analytical and insight-led decision-making skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on approach with the ability to move between strategy and execution seamlessly
• Previous people management or team leadership experience preferred
