The Role

This is a hands-on position taking ownership of façade design across multiple projects. You will manage a small in-house design team, oversee technical submissions, and ensure projects are delivered in line with programme and current regulations.

  • Lead and support a small in-house design team
  • Prepare and review technical submissions and design documentation
  • Ensure compliance with UK regulations, particularly fire and safety requirements

  • Proven experience producing technical submissions and managing design documentation
  • Experience managing or coordinating a design team
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK building regulations (particularly fire compliance)
  • Comfortable working to project programmes and deadlines
  • Detail-focused, reliable, and organised
  • Experience mentoring or developing junior designers
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Broad knowledge across façade systems and materials

What’s on Offer

  • Salary up to £70,000 + package
  • Flexible, predominantly remote working
  • Opportunity to join a growing and ambitious contractor
  • Strong pipeline of secured projects
