Administration Assistant

Remote (UK-based)

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and professional Administration Assistant to support our expanding operations. This is an ideal role for someone with experience in education administration, training, health, or science who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation, acting as a central point of contact for stakeholders while ensuring compliance with Ofqual regulations and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a main point of contact for education providers, employers, apprentices, and regulatory bodies
  • Manage a wide range of administrative duties including scheduling, record keeping, document management, and correspondence.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Support learners with registrations, assessments, certifications, and general guidance.
  • Ensure the organisation remains compliant with all relevant Ofqual requirements and educational regulations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting documentation, minutes, and action plans.
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, syllabus review groups, and events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with education centres and stakeholders.
  • Organise and manage structured monthly and quarterly task schedules.
  • Provide regular updates and communications to providers and partners.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective delivery of education and assessment services.

About You

  • Experienced in an administrative or coordination role
  • Confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Eager to learn and stay up to date with regulations and procedures
  • Professional, reliable, and adaptable
