Head of Reward | Brand New Role

Birmingham or Leeds

£90,000 – £100,000 + package

We’re partnering with a leading organisation to appoint a Head of Reward into a newly created, high-impact leadership role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build and shape the Reward function from the ground up, driving strategy while remaining close to delivery.

The Role:

As Head of Reward, you will take ownership of the full Reward agenda, including:

  • Compensation strategy and frameworks
  • Benefits design and administration
  • Reward policies, processes, and governance
  • Job grading and evaluation structures
  • Implementation of new systems and scalable processes

You’ll play a key role in ensuring Reward supports business growth, attracts top talent, and drives performance across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven, end-to-end Reward experience
  • Strong background in job grading and evaluation
  • Experience setting up or transforming Reward systems and processes
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on
  • Confident stakeholder engagement at senior leadership level
