About the Company

A privately owned property investment and development business is seeking an Asset Manager to join its team.

The company manages a high-quality mixed-use estate, with a strong focus on regeneration, placemaking and long-term value creation.

The Role

You will be responsible for the performance and management of a diverse property portfolio. This includes driving income growth, managing landlord and tenant matters, overseeing lettings and identifying opportunities to enhance asset value.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a mixed-use property portfolio
• Lead lease renewals, rent reviews and lease restructures
• Oversee lettings and void management
• Identify asset management and development opportunities
• Support budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• Build strong occupier and stakeholder relationships
• Work closely with internal teams and external consultants

About You

• Degree educated with a professional property qualification (MRICS preferred)
• 3+ years’ experience in asset management and/or property investment
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to add value to property assets
• Proactive, collaborative and delivery focused
