Lead our venue and inspire the team to deliver an unforgettable Everyman experience to all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the venue to achieve long‑term profitability and maximise performance to full potential.
- Train, motivate and manage the team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Oversee all aspects of the complex business with full P&L accountability.
- Analyse business finance, maximise sales and exceed KPI targets.
- Collaborate closely with operations to identify and exploit service delivery opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Venue or General Manager in hospitality or customer‑service focused environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a dynamic, passionate approach.
- Excellent commercial and operational understanding, with proven ability to manage P&L.
- Business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit, self‑driven and results‑oriented.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, customer service, and enriching guest experiences.
- Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
