A highly regarded, Legal 500, and Chambers-ranked firm is seeking an NQ – 2 PQE Solicitor / CILEx / CLC with experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement to join its established property team in SE London.
The firm has a strong and well-established property practice, recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers High Net Worth, offering high-quality work, long-term progression, and a collaborative culture.
The Role
You will work alongside experienced solicitors, on matters as follows:
- Lease extension projects
- Non-statutory lease extensions
- Freehold management work, including replies to enquiries, deeds of covenant and licences
- Lease advice
- Right to Manage (RTM)
- Collective enfranchisement.
About You
- NQ – 2 PQE Solicitor / CILEx / CLC with experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement matters.
- Strong interest in expanding your experience in the specialist area of leasehold enfranchisement and further developing your career.
- Driven and self-motivated
- Excellent relationship and client service skills
