This role offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000, a profit-share scheme, and the unique opportunity to be the first-ever Residential Manager of a brand-new home, shaping its culture, policies, and care approach from the ground up.

Skills & Experience
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a high responsibility setting
- Deep understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices
- Familiarity with care home regulations and Ofsted standards
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, staff, and external partners
- Strong organisational instincts and attention to detail
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a residential care setting, ensuring a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children
- Develop, implement, and review personalised support plans and safety protocols in line with statutory regulations
- Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated team, including performance reviews, training, and professional development
- Coordinate enriching activities and experiences tailored to individual interests and developmental need
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, regulatory requirements, financial management, and reporting standards
